Products on this site are made with ingredients that are understood to be either organic, natural, or a combination of both. Any organic or natural ingredients included in the products of this site that are purchased from suppliers that claim that their products and ingredients are organic and/or natural are purchased in good faith that their products are what they say they are. We (meaning skinhealthy by vpincentives) strive to give our customers a great quality product. Products are sold in limited quantities and may change without notice. Products may be produced as individual orders are placed, and not necessarily kept in bulk storage. Measurements, ml, g, etc. are approximations. Some products on this site may be purchased pre-made. We hold no fault or responsibility for any misinformation that may lead us to purchase from suppliers. As with any new product purchased, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before using them especially when using it on children. We are not responsible for any adverse affects from our products due to allergic reactions or any other reaction which may be caused from ingredients that make up our products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to approve or reject any purchase on this site before the actual purchase has been made. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. It is recommended before using any new product to consult a physician. I do not claim to be a physician or expert on health and wellness. Products on this skinhealthy site or etsy site are not medicated products and are not intended to replace any medication or medicated products prescribed by a physician. Information given on the products in my store or on my site have been searched on the public web which is available to all for public search and viewing.Once a purchase from this site has been made, there are no refunds or exchanges due to the type of products being sold and to avoid any contamination as well as to help ensure the quality and integrity of those products. Gift packages may consist of 2-3 products per package and may vary with each gift package depending on product availability and is predetermined by the producer of SkinHealthy products. Gift boxes may be supplied by SkinHealthy but are not part of the gift package and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We hold no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses given, meaning that if a product is shipped to an incorrect address it is the responsibility of the purchaser NOT skinhealthy by vpincentives to track down and retrieve such item(s), and we are not responsible for and hold no obligation to replace such items or provide a refund for such item (s). Product textures, colors, packaging, fragrance, ingredients, amount (ml, oz) and consistencies are subject to change without notice. . Natural preservatives are used in our products, and shelf life may vary with each product produced (standard 2 + months from preparation date). Products made from natural/organic ingredients may lose their consistency/texture as there are no chemical enhancements added (chemical is a relative term as water is considered a chemical formulation H20), so it is recommended to keep products from this website refrigerated to help preserve the product's freshness and consistency, and to help extend shelf life. For best results, use on damp skin. If an item is requested and is sold out you will be notified via email when you submit your order. If items are sold through paypal, the product should come up as SOLD OUT/OUT OF STOCK/ETC. Product pricing is subject to change without notice. Oils on this site are purchased from suppliers and used with other ingredients to produce the items we sell. DO NOT EAT OUR PRODUCTS! DO NOT PUT PRODUCTS IN THE EYES. Some ingredients may irritate the eyes. Many ingredients in our products are food grade but some are cosmetic grade and not considered edible. Donations can be made to support this site though tax receipts are not provided as this is a for profit site. Items are shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise stated on individual purchases. We hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped as these items of purchase are no longer in our possession. If a tracking number is provided depending on the provider, it will be given to the purchaser. We hold no responsibility to replace or refund any lost or stolen items of purchase, and any such decision is at the full discretion of the creator these products and of this site (SkinHealthy) and only if products have been insured, a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping/handling and other fees, may possibly be granted to the purchaser. No refund or exchange will be given for late deliveries, as delivery times may vary and are not exact. Packaging may consist of recycled materials.When purchasing products from this site through paypal or other such providers, you are also subject to the terms & policies of those providers/agencies. Fees are charged to paypal account holders for deposits from purchases made trough paypal, which are applied to the purchaser's invoice, (other applicable fees may also be included). Email transfers are a secure way to pay for items and is done through most banking institutions. No money actually goes through email itself, it is just a means of communication for both parties as to what is being purchased and a secure way to pay for it. Contact your bank with any questions regarding email transfers, how they are set up and work, as well as their security policy. Products purchased by local customers must be picked up within 7 days of notification (notification usually by email) that the product is ready, unless products are being delivered (s/h, fees will apply). An active email is necessary for purchases on this site. If products are not picked up by local purchasers within the specified time (7 days from notification), the product may be sold to another customer due to preserving the integrity of the product, as quality and freshness of our products are of utmost importance for our customers. Whereas the local purchaser who does not pick up their product in the specified time (7 days from notification) may have an indefinite waiting period until a new product can be made if the same product has been sold out. Also, products created for this site are not always the same, and may change frequently depending on the ingredients on hand or available at the time, as they are hand crafted in a home setting, meaning that the product that was not picked up within the allotted time may have to be replaced with a different product. Products are made in small quantities and may not be created until an order is placed to help ensure freshness of the product. No refunds or exchanges due to the type of products being sold and to avoid any contamination of those products (some exceptions may apply if product is unopened, returned within 10 days of purchase, and in saleable, original condition). Customer pays for return shipping. Any provisions would be at the discretion of the creator of these products and of this site who hold no obligation to provide any provision for neglect to pick up a purchase, or for any other reason. When using forms or other programs powered by Google or any other service provider you the customer, are subject to the privacy and security policies of those sites. It is the responsibility of the individual using/submitting any form with private information to check out that particular service provider's policies before using those products or services. The Skin Healthy site is not responsible for other service provider's policies and securities and is not liable for such. Skin Healthy would not knowingly use a service provider that is known to be unreliable, but may not know every aspect of a service provider. That being said, it is the sole responsibility for the customer to check out any program on this site before submitting any personal information. When a customer submits any information to/for this site they are doing it freely and without reservation and no liable action will be taken against this site (skinhealthy by vpincentives) or the creator of this site. Customers of the SkinHealthy Etsy Store are also subject to these terms and agreement. Costs may differ for the same items on both the skinhealthy site and the skinhealthy etsy store. Some items available for purchase may have been brought in from other vendors, still including the natural and/or organic ingredients this site is endorsing. All moisturizers are made with natural/organic ingredients.
Available moisturizers may vary with each order as it depends on the one that
has been made at the time of purchase. With all moisturizer orders you if you may
choose your own natural fragrance from the option list, products consisting of specific requested fragrances are not exchangeable nor refundable. Creation of products may take place upon
confirmation of receipt of payment.
Fragrance options are while quantities last and are subject to change without
notice. Some products may be pre-scented.Some products may not
be available at this time or may be seasonal.
If you do not choose a fragrance when option is available, your purchase may either be unscented
or a randomly selected scent. Please note: Our unscented creams/lotions/oils have no
fragrance added but may consist of the naturally occurring scent from the products used such as the waxes, butters or oils,
etc. Naturally occurring ingredient
scents combined with a chosen scent may alter the end fragrance result. Any time this symbol (/) is viewed on this site it means (and/or). Items that are sold on this site may also be sold by other businesses which are subject to the terms and agreement of this site, and any such products purchased by individuals from other businesses, those customers are also subject to the terms and agreement of this site. In-store (offline) purchases are still subject to the terms and agreement of this site.
